Return Policy

 Returns for website credit or exchange on non-vintage items are gladly accepted within 20 days of package arrival. We do not offer refunds. All vintage item sales are final. Please be sure to inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

 All returns must be authorized by Pretty Funny Vintage. Please call us at 914-631-3368 to receive a return authorization number. Any items returned without prior approval and return authorization number will be refused. After receiving approval and an authorization number please pack item carefully, insuring it for its full value. Any uninsured returns will be refused. Be sure to include your authorization number within your return package. This return must be made within 20 days of package arrival.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipping to Pretty Funny Vintage are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, shipping costs for exchanged items being received by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

 Once we receive the merchandise, the return [for website credit or exchange] will be processed within 72 hours. We will try our best to make an exchange. However, we reserve the right to issue website credit if the item is no longer available, or if the item will not be available to us for an extended period of time. Website credit is good for 6 months after issue of credit. We will not accept any website or store credit after this 6 month expiration.

Vintage Items

Vintage items may have normal wear caused by age and use. We will try our best to indicate any unusual wear of note in the product description.

All sales on vintage items are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on any vintage items. If you have questions or concerns about a particular item, please make sure you contact us before you make your purchase.


Damaged or Broken Items

Despite our best efforts, occasionally items are damaged during shipping. If this should happen, it is important that you contact us within 72 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 72 hours. If there is damage, please notify us at 914-631-3368 for a return authorization number.

We will replace your item, [if it is available], as soon as the shipper has inspected and obtained possession of the original package. If the product is not available, a website/store credit will be issued. Please call us at 914-631-3368 to notify us if this situation should arise.


We ship within the United States. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Our shipping day is Friday, and the delivery time will be based on your shipping address.
In special cases, we can accommodate express shipping at extra expense – call the store for details.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and include insurance and handling fees. We collect 7.375% sales tax on all orders shipped within New York State.


How secure are credit card transactions? We respect your privacy and would never give away any personal information. All credit card information is SSL secure and encrypted for complete security. 

Orders by phone are also acceptable if you do not feel comfortable with placing an order online. Please call us at 914-631-3368 during our normal business hours [Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 7pm] to place an order by phone.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

How do you get my consent?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
